Shipping

Please allow between 5–7 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed, please contact us at greenessentialsnaturally@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In such cases, contact us at greenessentialsnaturally@gmail.com with details of the product and the issue.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email if a replacement will be issued.

Shipping for Returns or Exchanges

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
